Rental Policies

At La Casita Megandina, we pride ourselves on offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. To guarantee a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established the following rental policies:

Reservation and Payment

In order to reserve your vacation home at The Retreat in Laguna, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds are not provided for early departures or no-shows.

Check-In and Check-Out

Your vacation home at The Retreat in Laguna will be available for check-in after 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask that you check-out by 11:00 AM on your departure day to allow our team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Maximum Occupancy

For your safety and comfort, each vacation rental has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure you adhere to the specified capacity, as exceeding the limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, we kindly request that you treat our vacation homes with care and respect. Guests are responsible for any damages or losses occurring during their stay, and we encourage you to report any issues to our staff immediately. We also request that noise levels are kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Rental Agreement

Prior to your stay at The Retreat in Laguna, a rental agreement must be signed. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your vacation rental and protects both parties involved. It is important to fully read and understand the rental agreement before signing.

Liability and Indemnity
