Reservation and Cancellation Policies

At La Casita Megandina, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that your stay in our vacation homes in Napa, California is truly unforgettable. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our reservation and cancellation policies:

  • All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows or early departure will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Please let us know in advance if you anticipate arriving after 6:00 PM, so we can make arrangements for a smooth check-in process.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover any damages or additional cleaning fees that may occur during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damages are found.

Pets and Smoking

La Casita Megandina has a strict no smoking and no pets policy. We want to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and the forfeiture of your security deposit.

Noise and Behavior

We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Excessive noise and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.

Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, we ask that you take care of our vacation homes as if they were your own. Please help us maintain cleanliness and report any damages or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
